Welcome to Wild Things Indoor Playground! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our facility, website, memberships, and event services. By purchasing admission, booking an event, or entering our playground, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to keep everyone safe and happy.

General Rules of Use

• Wild Things Indoor Playground is unsupervised by staff. Parents, guardians, or designated caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

• Our facility is designed for children ages 1–12. Children outside this age range may be restricted from certain play areas.

• Socks must be worn in all play areas.

• No outside shoes are allowed on play structures.

• No rough play or dangerous behavior.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.

All guests must have a valid admission ticket, membership, or party reservation to enter. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Admission fees, memberships, and event bookings are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices or hours of operation without notice.

In cases of parties or private events, a signed Participation Agreement is required for all children before play. Party and event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring guests comply with our rules.

All participants are required to have a completed and current waiver on file before accessing our facility or engaging in any activities. Your waiver includes all minors you are bringing with you in the facility. Failure to provide a valid waiver may result in denied entry or restricted participation.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund. Please report any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment to our staff immediately. Wild Things is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Play activities carry inherent risks. By entering the facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and any children in your care. All guests must complete and sign our Participation Agreement prior to using the play areas.

By using our website or purchasing online, you agree to provide accurate information for bookings, memberships, or tickets. Online purchases are final unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by technical issues beyond our control.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Wild Things Indoor Playground. This includes SMS messages for customer care. All logos, images, text, and branding associated with Wild Things Indoor Playground are our property and may not be used without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be handled in Dakota County, Minnesota.
