Welcome to Wild Things Indoor Playground (“Wild Things”)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our facility, website, memberships, and event services. By purchasing admission, booking an event, or entering our facility, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to keep everyone safe and happy.

Wild Things is a self-supervised, unstaffed facility. Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children at all times. You are responsible for ensuring your child and all children in your care follows all posted rules. Adults who fail to adequately supervise their children in the play areas may be required to leave the playground.

Wild Things reserves the right to remove any person from our facility, refuse entrance or cancel memberships without notice or refund for violating standards of safe and respectful play or failure to follow rules. Anyone engaging in threatening, aggressive, destructive, or disrespectful behavior will be banned from Wild Things premises without a refund.

All guests must have a valid admission ticket, membership, or party reservation to enter. All purchases, including day passes, memberships, and party bookings, are non-refundable. Admission fees, memberships, and event bookings are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices or hours of operation without notice. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by technical issues beyond our control.

Wild Things is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. Theft and malicious behavior will be reported to the authorities.

Wild Things reserves the right to automatically charge violators who enter with more children than paid for, the full daily rate plus an administrative fee of $20.

Sharing the entrance code with unpaid or unknown people to enter the facility is strictly prohibited. If the entrance code is shared, the person who purchased the entrance code will be financially responsible for all children who enter with that entrance code.

Guest behavior is monitored through video surveillance and violation of rules, including entering with more children than have been paid for, will result in charges being automatically applied to your credit card.

The email address you use for your purchase will be added to Wild Things’ email database and you may get occasional emails from Wild Things. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Hosting parties in the common space is not permitted without a reservation. Failure to comply with this will result in a $300 fee and loss of future access to the playground.

A Release of Liability, Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement must be signed prior to entering Wild Things for every guest, including all minors you are bringing with you in the facility.  Entry may be denied for any individual who fails to submit a valid waiver.

In cases of parties or private events, a signed Release of Liability, Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement is required for all children before play. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring guests comply with playground rules.

Play activities carry inherent risks. By entering Wild Things, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and any children in your care.

You agree to release Wild Things, its owners, and staff from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during your visit.

By entering Wild Things, you agree to our Playground Rules which can be found on our website and posted on-site. We reserve the right to update these Rules at any time.

Alcohol, smoking, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on Wild Things property. Outside toys and equipment are not permitted in the facility for safety reasons. Balloons are not allowed anywhere in the facility. Balloon removal from the ceiling will incur a $100 fee to the person responsible due to the special equipment required to remove the balloon.

By using our website or purchasing online, you agree to provide accurate information for bookings, memberships, or tickets. Online purchases are final unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by technical issues beyond our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be handled in Dakota County, Minnesota.
