Welcome to Wild Things! We’re so glad you’re here! Please review these rules to help keep play safe and fun for everyone.

1. Adult Supervision Required

This is a self-supervised, unstaffed facility. Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children at all times. You are responsible for ensuring your child follows all posted rules. Adults who fail to adequately supervise their children in the play areas may be required to leave the playground.

2. Ages 0–12 Only in Play Areas

Our play spaces are specially designed for children ages 0–12. For safety reasons, children over 12 are not permitted in any play areas. Parents may accompany younger children as needed.

3. Socks Required, Shoes Off

Shoes are not allowed in the play space. Socks must be worn at all times. Forgot yours? No worries — socks are available in the vending machine for your convenience.

4. Standards of Conduct

Guests of Wild Things are required to promote and maintain a safe, positive, and playful environment, and be respectful of others, the facility, and the play equipment.

5. Help Keep It Clean

We provide cleaning supplies to help you clean up after yourself. Please do your part so all guests can enjoy a tidy and safe play environment. Remember — this is an unstaffed playground.

6. Food & Drinks

Outside food and drinks are welcome, but must stay in the designated eating area and are not allowed in the play space. Please clean up your area after eating to help us keep the space tidy for everyone. Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved.

7. Prohibited Items

  • Alcohol, smoking, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on Wild Things property.

  • Outside toys and equipment are not permitted in the facility for safety reasons.

  • Helium balloons are not allowed anywhere in the facility. Balloon removal from the ceiling will incur a $100 fee to the person responsible due to the special equipment required to remove the balloon.

  • To help protect those with severe nut allergies, this playground is nut-free. Please do not bring or consume any products containing peanuts or tree nuts in this facility.

8. Safety

  • No rough play or dangerous behavior allowed. Parents are responsible for stopping unsafe or unruly activities.

  • Do not hold the door or grant access to anyone who is not authorized to enter the play facility.

  • Guests must adhere to posted signs and common-sense safety practices.

  • Playing involves inherent risks. Play at your own risk.

  • Please report unsafe acts or equipment to us immediately by calling or texting 952-960-8796.

9. Cleanliness & Sanitation

  • Do not bring sick children to the playground for at least 24 hours following the end of symptoms.

  • Parents are required to clean up any messes made in restrooms or diaper-changing areas.

  • If something needs extra attention, please let us know! You can call or text us at 952-960-8796.

10. Parties

Hosting parties in the common space is not permitted without a reservation. Failure to comply with this may result in fees and/or loss of future access to the playground.

11. Poor Behavior

Anyone engaging in threatening, destructive, or disrespectful behavior will be banned from Wild Things premises without a refund.

Security Notice
This facility is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance for the safety and protection of all guests.

  • Basic first aid kit available for minor injuries only (located in the eating area between the vending machines and bathrooms)

Fire & Evacuation Procedures

  • Evacuate immediately through the nearest exit if there is fire or smoke.

  • Call 911 once safely outside.

  • Do not re-enter the building until cleared by emergency personnel.
