Party Reservation Agreement

Thank you for choosing Wild Things to host your party! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for reserving our party room. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to follow these policies and understand the associated fees.

Cost & Reservation Time

  • Our party package is $300 and includes:

    • Admission for 10 children. Add additional children for $10 each.

    • Adults enter free.

    • Enjoy 2 hours in the private party room, plus 15 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup.

Party Room

  • Celebrate in our private party room, complete with tables and chairs for 20 guests, color changing LED lighting, permanent balloons, a custom painted mural, and a countertop and sink for your convenience

  • Please note: Our facility remains open to the public during party reservations.

Party Rules

  • Helium balloons are not allowed anywhere in the facility. A $100 fee will apply if a balloon must be removed from the ceiling due to the special equipment required.

  • Decorations may not be taped, tacked, or hung on walls, windows, or doors. Table decorations are welcome.

  • Glass and confetti are prohibited in the facility.

  • Outside food and drinks are permitted.

  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on Wild Things property.

Clean-Up Requirements

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning the party room before leaving. Cleaning supplies are provided.

  • You must remove all items you brought, wipe down tables, place all trash in the provided bins, and sweep the room.

  • Failure to properly clean up may result in a cleaning fee of up to $100.

Late Departure Fees

  • Parties are scheduled back-to-back. You must be fully cleaned up and vacated by the end of your 15-minute cleanup period.

  • A $50 late fee will apply for every 10 minutes beyond your allotted cleanup time.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Reservations are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may apply funds to a future booking.

Liability

  • As the event host, you are responsible for ensuring that each guest completes an electronic liability waiver before attending. After purchase, you’ll be able to send waiver request links to your guests via email or text.

  • Wild Things is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.

Playground Rules and Safety

  • You are responsible for enforcing playground rules during your event. Rules are posted throughout the facility and available on our website. Please review them here.

  • By hosting your event at Wild Things, you assume full responsibility for your guests’ conduct and safety.

Access

  • After each guest completes their waiver, they’ll automatically receive an email with their unique access code, which will grant them entry into the facility on the day of your party.

Acknowledgement

I have read and agree to the terms of this Wild Things Party Reservation Agreement. I understand that additional fees may apply for rule violations, including cleaning and late departure fees.
